About the work
Quiet frames from loud places.
I work slowly, on foot, mostly at the edges of the day. The aim is never to dramatise a place but to notice it — the way fog settles in a valley, how a stranger pauses at a crossing, the colour the sky turns five minutes after everyone has stopped looking.
Every image here is available as a print, and I take on a small number of commissions each year.
